Personally i dislike battlefield games, i had battlefield 2 and battlefield bad company 2, they both sucked. Im not looking forward to call of duty either because I lost interest in the franchise after modern warfare. So in all neither games look like there bringing anything good to the table besides maybe graphic improvements.

Honestly, I'm just glad that there's going to be another shooter that I can go to when I'm bored with CoD. I don't really care about the big war between the two because in all honesty, we should just be glad we're getting two quality games this year.

i cant really decide which one i want i like both series but mw2 messed up the whole call of duty series but black ops was pretty damn good. but ive always liked the battlefield series. i think im gonna get mw3 first then after a week or two i will get battlefield 3.

Ah i'd have to disagree with you on that one. i like the story on mw2 but i think the online was horrible.(specially now there are a bunch of hackers on the game.) but the story in black ops is really good but mw2 had a better story but gameplay mechanics were a little bit worst. and the online is pretty fun about black ops.

You didn't even like the story? All previous games were developed in a year, world at war to modern warfare 2 was a year. Modern warfare to world at war was also a year and so was 3 to 4 and 2 to 3. All games were made within the same time frame so I believe it was not rushed and they were comfortable with their release date.

id say BF3 i liked the series more they have more wide maps than call of duty
